The weather favors field work.

In Kalitnik we are preparing another area for winter pasture for Polish Konik ponies.

The first step is to remove the bushes.

It may not look like a meadow, but the ponies will probably appear here in November–December and will be fed throughout the winter season with the hay we collected in the Narew river valley in the summer.

The trees will remain and serve as shelter from the wind for the ponies and as tools for scratching.
